CANCELLATION POLICY 36 hours notice required for cancellations. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A missed appointment leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. Any late cancellations or missed appointments, unless due to an emergency or illness, will be a $50 fee.
