Acupuncture w/Massage

Acupuncture or dry needling is the use of very thin needles inserted into muscles and acupoints to relieve pain & improve function. Each session starts with massage, followed by acupuncture and finishes with acupressure.

Pre-natal Massage

Prenatal massage is done in a side-lying position to relieve many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy.


Children's/Youth Massage

Massage therapy for children and youth up to age 16. Children 12 and under, accompanied by an adult.
